Fri 6:30-9pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-1pm: In this seminar we will introduce Rasa as an empowering teaching of Rajanaka Tantra, a goddess-centered tradition of Auspicious Wisdom, and learn as well the corresponding value and meditative practices of Mudra at the core of Tantric explorations of human potential. The weekend will combine sessions of mixed-level yoga with Noah, and lecture and meditation with Douglas. Please bring a mat, notebook, and props for asana and sitting.
